Timely delivery is subject to the availability of items and order confirmation.
During sale periods, both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
Cancellation Policy for International Orders: Once an order is "in process," it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Customers will bear shipment and customs charges if they refuse or fail to accept the delivery.
During sale events, average delivery times may exceed normal estimates.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For prepaid orders, cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of order placement by contacting our customer service team.
Once an order is "in process," it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Naqshattire.com ensures a secure shopping experience. However, in some cases, payment verification may be required as per the bank's instructions to avoid fraudulent transactions.
If payment is declined by the authorised payment institution, Naqshattire.com reserves the right to cancel the order.
